Project Snapshot

 

Paramount Projects secured funding for a $30m Emergency Sea and Rescue Helicopter Service by developing a quality business Case. They also developed and agreed a robust plan for delivery of the project and procured all of the key components of the project including:

 

Developing a new Helicopter Base;

​

Establishing a temporary interim Helicopter Base to achieve tight timeframes;

​

Procuring a 24x7 helicopter service;

​

Procuring 24x7 Critical Care Paramedic services; and

​

Developing inter-agency tasking guidelines.

 

 

Project Outcomes

 

Business Case develop and funding approved by Royalties for Regions.

​

New service successfully established (on time, in budget to specifications).

​

New helicopter base constructed.
